If you're stuck, and it seems like it should be working, it's probably a bug. Look at the power levels, if they are 0 or go in the negatives, try routing the line from one end (preferably form the core). If they are powered, but the terminal just isn't powered, simply pick up the spike and replace it, and it should work. I wish we could've fixed these on time, but it is what it is!
